  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Teams, including user provisioning, access control, and policy enforcement.
  • Ensure Teams settings align with organizational requirements and security policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their collaboration needs and customize Teams accordingly.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate Teams with other business applications.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for Microsoft Teams-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users in effectively utilizing Teams features.
  • Implement and enforce security measures within Microsoft Teams to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Stay updated on security best practices and apply necessary patches and updates.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
  • Monitor the performance and usage of Microsoft Teams.
  • Generate reports on Teams usage, adoption rates, and key performance indicators.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams promptly.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft support if needed for more complex problems.

Essential Skills:

  • Certification in Microsoft Teams administration is highly desirable.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech is required.
