Description

About The Role:
  • We are looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead who can lead and manage the design, development and implementation of various modules / products using the ServiceNow platform. 
  • You will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of the project and guiding the team using best practices for ServiceNow implementation. 
  • You will also work with other tech leads, developers, analysts and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the technical team of ServiceNow developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Design and develop Servicenow modules not limited to just ITSM and related workflows and scripts using ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources using REST and SOAP web services, scripted APIs and MID Server.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance and availability.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents and test cases.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases and trends.
  • Work with ServiceNow CoE to explore new features and functionality rolled out by ServiceNow.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Must have CAD (Certified Application Developer ) and a CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist ) Certification.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Must have experience of development using Flow Designer & Integration Hub.
  • Must have experience of working in more than 2 Products from ServiceNow (like ITSM , ITOM , CSM , HRSD , GRC  , Sec-ops etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, collaboration and documentation skills.
