Description

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business solutions from inception through solution implementation, facilitate and support rollout and enhancements
  • Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances
  • Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
  • Understand Workflow editor and design workflows for various modules/catalogs.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.
  • Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.
  • Experienced with Migration and Transformation projects.
  • Understanding of CSM/HRSD/GRC/ITOM/ITBM.

The Role Offers:
  • You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, designing an end-to end solution and lead the development.  
  • Your solutions should align with business goals and objectives and meet all quality and compliances requirements.

Essential Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience with ServiceNow required.
  • Hands-on-experience with Java Script required.
  • Certifications of ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) is Mandatory.
  • Other ServiceNow Certifications to have is preferred.
  • Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
