We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration, customization, development and administration on the ServiceNow platform with at least 2 years at an architect level. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, designing an end-to end solution and lead the development. Your solutions should align with business goals and objectives and meet all quality and compliances requirements. Responsibilities • Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. Advise, design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other systems. • Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM • Document requirements in SDLC, develop test cases and comply with Change Management policies for Release Management. • Drive business solutions from inception through solution implementation • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS • Identify and invent novel solutions to challenging technical problems and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications • Translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs • Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc. • 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. • Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains • Understand Workflow editor & able to design workflow for various modules/catalogs and hands on experience on workflow activities for triggering approvals & fulfillment process. • Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. • Table extension and modification. • Monitor health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow systems. • Perform systems and integration testing of functions and features. • Key collaborator on ServiceNow advanced solutions. Requirements • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required • 2+ years of experience with Java Script required • Certification as ServiceNow System certified administration and/ or Implementation Specialist • Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion. • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. • Must have experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations and have developed custom applications • Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment • MID Server management experience required • ServiceNow Discovery implementation experience required • Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment. • ITIL Foundations certification preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory. • Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred • Experience with Service Portal preferred. • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork. • Self-starter and innovator. • Experience in working on Performance Analytics, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, Event Management and Cloud to Cloud Integrations is advantage
