Description

Job Description : Salesforce Financial Services Lead
1Hands on experience in saleforce Financial Services as consultant 
2Understanding & gathering business requirement , experience handling requirement workshops
3Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation
4Salesforce Configuration
5Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation.
6Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements 
7Functional Support for salesforce application in-Scope     
9Assist Customer team in conducting ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users
10Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
11Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
12Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
14Develop and execute regression test cases
15Defect logging and tracking
14Certification - Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
