Job Description:                                                                                                                                                                              

  • Workday HCM integration Development using Workday SDLC Project life cycle. (Discovery, Plan, Architect/Prototype, Testing, Deployment and Postproduction support)
  • Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday Studio (preferable), Core connector, EIB and 3rd party Integration (PICOF/PECI).
  • Preferable Workday HCM module knowledge in Core HR, Recruiting, absence/Time Tracking, Payroll.
  • Good to have workday HCM Integration certification.                       
  • Fully utilize the Workday toolset to build robust integration solutions.
  • Good experience with programming languages XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services, BIRT.                                           
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.                                                                                                                    
  • Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs.                                
  • Ability to execute and work integration activities independently.                                                                                                                
  • Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.                                                                         
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods, to all levels of the organization.
