Description

Responsibilities 

  • Analyze the business requirement and draft the detailed level of test plan. 
  • Reviewing Test Cases, RTM and clarifying the issues, concerns raised by team members. 
  • Participation in Test execution and created Test schedule for system testing. 
  • Defect management through a Defect tracking tool. 
  • Coordination with development and project team counterparts on project/release-related activities. 
  • Lead complete STLC process with deliverables on time with excellent quality and escalate the risk on time. 
  • Status updates to all parties involved including senior management, the development team, the business and the product delivery team.
  • Maintain QA artifacts for audit purposes and report QA metrics.

Essential Skills 
  • Should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Manual testing. 
  • Must have experience in the STLC process and SQL queries. 
  • Must have expertise in any domain (BFS/ Insurance/ Telecom/ Healthcare). 
  • Should have excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills. 
  • Good to have experience in Agile methodology. 
  • Should have experience in test management tools – JIRA and HP ALM. 


Essential Qualification 

  • BE/B.Tech degree is required.
